Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with 4-6 years of relevant experience and a registered PE license.

- Proven experience in at least three of the following areas: building sciences, roof consulting, forensic engineering, concrete restoration, commercial waterproofing, capital reserve studies, and building facades.

- Must be hands-on and prepared to access roofs and navigate confined spaces.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
