Job Summary

The Director of Marketing is a marketing expert responsible for driving overall marketing results for Pioneer Square Brands. This role will design, implement, monitor, and evaluate effective marketing initiatives and programs that align with our evolving business goals and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team to achieve business objectives
  • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns across digital and field marketing channels
  • Build brand awareness and generate innovative ideas to promote our brands and products
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a senior marketing role with experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in enterprise sales
  • Experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and tradeshows
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, including digital and field marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, and trade show execution
  • Excellent strategic leadership, communication, analytical, data-driven, and project management skills
  • Pardot and Salesforce expertise
