OnSite Energy Company Overview: Onsite Energy is a rapidly growing solar installation company located in Rockland NY, that covers both NY and NJ. We have grown from a subcontracting company into a fulfillment partner for multiple sales organizations. We are looking for an experienced and driven individual that has a background in solar marketing and building brand recognition. We are a company with a solid foundation and plenty of room for growth into management positions.

Job Description: As a marketing specialist you will be responsible for internal marketing efforts, brand awareness and management of third party lead generation services. This includes lead vendor due diligence, tracking KPIs of each lead campaign, social media posting/management and implementation/tracking of internal marketing campaigns/events. The marketing coordinator assists in content creation and makes sure all social media outlets are posting on a regular basis. Planning and coordination of marketing efforts for all upcoming events including home shows, charity events, community events, etc. You’ll be responsible for testing various lead generation strategies in the Walmart retail location and tracking which strategies drive opportunities that turn into customers. You’ll be coordinating the implementation of paid ad campaigns including content creation, target demographics, ad scheduling, and paid ad lead management. In this position you’ll work with the sales management team to turn marketing ideas into campaigns that ultimately drive business. You’ll work with a monthly budget to help execute the various marketing responsibilities and goals. To fulfill this position successfully, the marketing coordinator will need to be a self starter and be constantly focused on building brand and driving lead generation activities.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Daily 15 minute morning roundup call with the Director of Sales to discuss the day's tasks and objectives, lead generation campaigns, retail store strategies, brand building opportunities,  and short term goals.

  • Daily 15 minute meeting with the sales manager to discuss Walmart Retail lead generation strategy and implementation.

  • One 1 hour weekly meeting on Monday with the Director of Sales and other sales management staff to brainstorm long term goals and strategies, lead process implementation, CRM feedback and needed capabilities and monthly goal projections making sure the lead generation campaigns are being tracked and evaluated.

  • One 1 hour monthly meeting with upper management to go over lead campaigns and metrics

  • Creating, Implementing and adapting the SOP processes as they develop. You’ll work hand in hand with the Director of Sales to create these internal and third party vendor SOP. 

  • Creating promotional materials such as banners, promotions, QRcodes, flyers, brochures, 

  • Coordinating internal marketing campaigns and external lead vendor sources

  • Updating the marketing budget tracking excel sheet everyday on all expenditures allocated to marketing, lead generation efforts, promotional materials, third party vendors, lead events, software, etc.

  • Assisting in content creation for social media accounts, paid ads, websites, etc.

  • Researching, identifying, coordinating and entering marketing events including home shows, charity events, community events, etc.

  • Utilizing and working with web building services to conduct continuous improvement and maintenance of the OnSite Website branding, SEO efforts and improvements to help increase overall traffic and lead form submissions

  • Managing various lead generation resources by having the leads quickly contacted and engaged

  • Daily assessment of the internal lead generation activity

  • Tracking cost per lead, per opportunity, per contract and pull through rate of projects to see what lead generation campaigns are producing the best results

  • Helping build, modify, learn and train the internal lead generation department/ sales program CRM tracking software

  • Collaborate with upper management on ideas, promotions, incentives, tools, etc. to build and grow the profitable Internal lead generation resources

  • Making sure all lead generation team members and content are representing themselves and the Company in the most helpful and professional manner.
