Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Ensure that all customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals
  • Prepare and ensure that all colleagues prepare consistent, high-quality products that are served to customers
  • Achieve the standards for a clean and organized restaurant
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate restaurant staff
  • Develop a productive team by providing direction and supervision of colleagues through the appropriate use of communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills
  • Accurately complete all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period-end activities as directed by the Area Supervisor or Market Director
  • Schedule, food ordering, and product projections accurately and maintain restaurant equipment
  • Properly implement shakerboarding, local store marketing events, and in-store promotions that result in increased sales
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the ground
  • The ability to effectively communicate to customers and co-workers (reading, speaking, hearing, writing, etc.)
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Profit and Loss Statements
  • The ability to control and utilize equipment safely and correctly
  • The ability to successfully pass required training programs for certification
  • Basic math skills
  • Previous supervisory experience required
