As the Sales Executive - New Business, Home & Kitchen at Flip, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Home & Kitchen category.

Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and close deals with new Home & Kitchen brands.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top Home & Kitchen brands, ensuring Flip is their preferred partner.
  • Leverage your extensive network to bring exclusive deals and partnerships to Flip, enhancing our Home & Kitchen category offering.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth within the Home & Kitchen sector, staying ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Serve as the face of Flip's Home & Kitchen category, representing our brand at industry events, conferences, and in media.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with and on-boarding leading Home & Kitchen brands.
  • An extensive network within the Home & Kitchen industry, knowing key players across major brands.
  • A hunter's mindset, love to outperform yesterday's numbers and are fueled by growth.
  • Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision, driving growth and market penetration.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive business growth through new strategic partnerships and category growth.
  • A deep passion for the Home & Kitchen industry and a commitment to staying ahead of market trends and consumer preferences.
Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, with a heavy emphasis on performance-based compensation. We offer a competitive structure with an approximately 50/50 split between fixed and variable compensation, rewarding your achievements and driving your success.
