We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Center Dispatcher to join our team at Dartmouth Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to security needs, assisting with physical and personal security measures, and managing various security systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming phone calls, radios, and dispatch officers
  • Manage and monitor all DHMC facility camera systems, beacons, and controlled access systems
  • Monitor security officer current locations and assigned patrol zones
  • Identify threats, safety issues, and other security problems
  • Assist in the lockdown of the hospital during emergency events
  • Collect data as evidence in support of security investigations
  • Record, track, and log required security statistics
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Two years of related experience required
