Funeral Sales Director

We are seeking a skilled Funeral Sales Director to join our team at Cyrus Life Insurance Company in Little Rock/Central Arkansas. This is a full-time position with a base salary and bonus opportunities based on sales performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with an established group of funeral homes, Smith Family Funeral Homes, to develop and execute a proven marketing system. They will be responsible for recruiting and collaborating with a high-energy sales-driven team to meet or exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales growth
- Recruit and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with funeral homes to identify business opportunities and provide sales support
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven sales leadership experience in the insurance industry
- Extensive knowledge of the funeral service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
