Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Director to lead our team of outside sales representatives in the Eastern United States. This role will oversee, support, and develop the sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Make frequent joint sales calls to support team members
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
