About the Opportunity

Duke Health's Division of Hematology within the Department of Medicine is seeking a talented faculty member to join our vibrant team. Our clinical sites and research programs are expanding, and we are actively seeking junior to mid-career faculty members interested in contributing to our hematology division.

As a faculty member, you will have the opportunity to see patients on our main academic campus or in our thriving community-based Hematology-Oncology practice in Raleigh, NC. With either setting, you will be encouraged to apply your passion for clinical, educational, and/or research endeavors.

Unique Opportunities
  • Grow current clinical and translational research programs to complement our basic science research programs
  • Participate in the apheresis service; a robust clinical research program
  • Involvement with the clinical laboratory services (Coagulation and Platelet Antibody Laboratories, and the Transfusion Service)

Access to the Hemostasis & Thrombosis Core Laboratory will support your research efforts, interfacing with Pediatrics and other interdisciplinary collaborations, including a transition clinic with pediatrics for patients with sickle cell disease, a shared clinic with maternal fetal medicine.
