About the Role:

NTS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to ensure daily service delivery, overall account satisfaction, and accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with NTS Site and Project Manager to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Performs timely and accurate completion of regularly scheduled departmental reports.
  • Works closely with NTS Management to ensure hours are processed and reported for billing.
  • Actively attends team meetings, customer briefings, and vendor meetings as required.
  • Effectively coordinates project administrative functions among internal and external parties.
  • Reviews and provides feedback on timesheet submittals for assigned team members.
  • Ensures finalized reporting is error-free prior to client delivery.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role desired.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Solid knowledge of project coordinating methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of customer service skills, flexibility, and a team approach to work performed.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
