Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Manson Construction Co.


About the Role: As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing project work element plans and coordinating with superintendents, foremen, craft workers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects. Your expertise in computer-aided drafting, critical path scheduling, and design review will be essential in delivering high-quality results.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Project Planning: Develop project work element plans and JSAs, and coordinate project definable features of work to meet project objectives.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules, including 3-week look ahead scheduling, to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Design Review: Review designs, drawings, and engineering data prepared by consultants and vendors to ensure conformance with project plans and specifications.
  • Material Management: Investigate and research needed materials, equipment, and tools, and inspect newly delivered permanent materials for conformance with project requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate project activities with client representatives and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or Construction Management, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling, estimating, and project management software.


Work Environment: You will work in a dynamic environment with exposure to adverse weather conditions, moderate to loud noise levels, and require ability to navigate stairs, ladders, and gangways, board, work on, and disembark floating vessels and structures.


Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
