**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Coordinator to join our team at RedBrick Staffing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the master schedule, partnering with supervisors and leads, and releasing manufacturing and change orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the master schedule and ensure timely completion of production plans
  • Partner with supervisors and leads to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Release manufacturing and change orders to ensure smooth production processes
  • Review and analyze MRP planning to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
  • Manage and update customer lines of balance and other open orders
  • Respond to inquiries and present information to groups and senior management
  • Complete special projects and tasks as assigned
  • Monitor and track KPIs to meet goals and objectives
  • Support all company and department goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
