Position Overview:

  6. Benchmark business operations against industry best practices and internal objectives.

Salary Range:

Required Qualifications:

  1. Advanced analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  3. Proven ability to foster effective working relationships across the organization.
  4. Capacity to anticipate inquiries and provide comprehensive analyses to meet information needs.
  5. Ability to maintain an appropriate work pace in line with workload demands.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  7. Strong critical thinking abilities with a creative and strategic mindset.
  8. Proficient in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
  9. General knowledge of various reimbursement methodologies.
  10. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital environment, focusing on general ledger and cost data.
  11. Familiarity with Decision Support Systems and their components.
  12. Effective communication skills with both staff and senior management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in business administration, health administration, CPA, or a related field.
  2. Experience in an academic medical center or complex teaching environment.
  3. Understanding of university and medical center policies and procedures.
