Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, potential customers, and clients by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person.
- Support sales operations by answering and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients, and assisting the management team as requested.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for our clients.
- Provide office supplies and services by maintaining inventory, placing orders, and arranging for equipment repairs.
- Complete special sales projects by organizing information and requirements, meeting schedules, and accomplishing sales and organization mission.
- Reconcile sales deposits and daily draw, and perform administrative duties such as scanning, copying, and other tasks as needed.
- Process receipts for sales, service, and parts departments.
Requirements:
- Auto experience is a plus.
- Weeknight and weekend availability is required.
