Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist/Cashier to join our team at Audi Brookline. As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and supporting the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers, potential customers, and visitors by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, receive faxes, and deliver messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process cash transactions, maintain inventory, and perform administrative duties as needed.
  • Provide office supplies and services, including ordering equipment repairs and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Support special sales projects by organizing information and meeting schedules.
  • Reconcile daily sales deposits and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Auto experience preferred.
