Front Desk Operations Manager - Luxury Resort

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team at Opal Grand Resort. As a key member of our front office management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the front desk operation run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in managing front office teams, coordinating guest services, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee the daily operation of the front desk, including managing staff schedules, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest services and amenities.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback, using data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
