    • Develop and implement performance management processes, including regular assessments, goal-setting, and professional development plans.
  • Act as a Key Point of Contact
    • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with Clients
    • Collaborate with clients to tailor MDR services to their specific requirements and provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity posture.
  • Lead Incident Response
    • Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Conduct Investigations
    • Conduct in-depth investigations into security events, providing analysis and recommendations for remediation.
  • Drive Improvement of SOC Capabilities
    • Drive the improvement of SOC capabilities, processes, and technologies to enhance detection and response capabilities.
  • Stay Current on Cybersecurity Threats
    • Work closely with technology partners to stay abreast of the latest tools and methodologies in the MDR landscape.
    • Stay current on cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to continuously enhance MDR offerings.
  • Implement Feedback Loops

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 7-10+ years of experience in cybersecurity
