Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Director to join our leadership team.
  • The Administrative Director will oversee and optimize the daily operations of our agency, ensuring that our non-medical care services are delivered at the highest standards.
  • This role will work closely with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives, manage business development efforts, and drive operational efficiency while maintaining our commitment to exceptional client care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, managing a team of caregivers and administrative staff.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and align with the company's mission.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of caregivers, ensuring effective management of care plans and client relations.
  • Business Development: Spearhead business development initiatives, including consultative sales and relationship-building with referral sources.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and their families, acting as their advocate and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of care and professionalism.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiencies and best practices.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to ensure the agency's financial health and sustainability.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all agency operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations related to non-medical home care services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of management or leadership experience in home care, staffing, or a service-based industry.
  • Proven background in sales, business development, and relationship building.
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Positive and professional communication skills with a focus on client advocacy.
  • Agile problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
