About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team at Kamatics Corporation. As an Accounting Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, and 1+ year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; and excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
