FHA Content Management Specialist

Location: Remote/Indianapolis

Security Clearance: PUBLIC TRUST

ABBTECH Professional Resources is seeking a skilled Content Management Specialist with expertise in FHA guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of single-family FHA mortgage operations, including the creation and documentation of policies, procedures, and training materials.

This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your FHA knowledge and skills.

As the Content Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the content on HUD's "FHA Knowledge Base Portal" is accurate and up-to-date.

The FHA Knowledge Base Portal serves as a crucial resource for both the mortgage sector and the public, addressing housing-related inquiries and requests.

The successful candidate will be meticulous and focused on quality, while remaining informed about any updates or modifications to FHA policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update knowledge base content for HUD and FHA programs to align with current policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits and validate all published knowledge base articles for accuracy, functionality, and formatting on a quarterly basis.
  • Adhere to deadlines for content updates in response to HUD requests and changes in FHA policies, following established operating procedures.
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to the Knowledge Base Content team, ensuring that performance standards are achieved.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with Single Family FHA origination policies and procedures.
  • At least 4 years of experience in drafting processes, procedures, or training content within the mortgage industry, ensuring clarity for the intended audience.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in systems, policies, and processes.
