Job Title: Mitigation Project Manager - Water Restoration Specialist

At Midwest Remediation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mitigation Project Manager to join our team in the Water Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of water loss mitigation projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of water loss mitigation projects, including communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee technicians and ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards.
  • Schedule and coordinate sub-contractors, including electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors, and temporary employees.
  • Oversee all documentation related to the job, including Docusketch, Dash photos, Dash notes, and job folders.
  • Evaluate new water losses, including using thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters to determine moisture content.
Requirements:
  • Dewald Academy of Drying certification required.
  • At least 5 years of industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of mitigation process and equipment functionality.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours, sit for 6 hours, and work in outdoor conditions.
  • Ability to work in non-airconditioned conditions, wear safety glasses and/or face shield, and work in or around sewage and/or microbial growth.
  • Ability to climb on a ladder and lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
