KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Open and close retail locations as required.
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting shop environment.
  • Stay informed about merchandise to assist guests effectively.
  • Work independently while managing multiple tasks.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests.
  • Encourage guests to join the Wine Club.
  • Prepare and manage food samples throughout the day.
  • Exhibit professional phone communication.
  • Process merchandise and wine orders accurately.
  • Maintain awareness of the busy environment and respond promptly to guest needs.
  • Possess a friendly demeanor and enjoy interacting with guests.
  • Adhere to established company standards.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES

  • Maintain a clean and pressed uniform.
  • Be responsive to guest flow and adjust pace as necessary.
  • Answer inquiries about the estate and its history with knowledge and courtesy.
  • Stay vigilant regarding safety protocols.
  • Participate in recommended safety training, including CPR.
  • Cross-training in other operational areas may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable, particularly in upscale environments.
  • Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
  • Basic math proficiency and familiarity with cash handling systems.
  • Commitment to delivering top-tier guest service.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive in anticipating guest needs and taking initiative.
  • Strong judgment and multitasking abilities.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of items weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking are required.
  • Work conditions may involve exposure to various physical risks, necessitating adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Work may occur indoors or outdoors, with varying temperatures and conditions.
