The Biltmore Company is seeking a highly skilled Uniform Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our Lodging division, you will be responsible for coordinating the cleaning and maintenance of guest and employee items.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the pick-up and delivery of cleaning services, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Maintain proper storage and inventory of uniforms and cleaning supplies.
- Document guest and hotel management dry cleaning requests, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform minor repairs and alterations to uniforms, ensuring high-quality results.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation.
- Previous experience in a related field, preferably in hotel operations or uniform maintenance.
- Knowledge of proper sewing, repair, and alteration techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 pounds occasionally, with regular standing and walking throughout the shift.
