Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the pick-up and delivery of cleaning services, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Maintain proper storage and inventory of uniforms and cleaning supplies.
  • Document guest and hotel management dry cleaning requests, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform minor repairs and alterations to uniforms, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a related field, preferably in hotel operations or uniform maintenance.
  • Knowledge of proper sewing, repair, and alteration techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 pounds occasionally, with regular standing and walking throughout the shift.
