Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

Biltmore Farms, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean rooms to hotel standards.
  • Refers guest complaints to Lead Housekeeper.
  • Notifies Lead Housekeeper of needed repairs.
  • Assists guests and associates as needed.
  • Treats guests with hospitality.
  • Reports lost items to Lead Housekeeper.
  • Wears uniform and nametag at all times.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of hotel housekeeping and general cleaning techniques.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Constant walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to work with cleaning products and solvents.
