Position Overview

As an Assistant Branch Supervisor at SIXT USA, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing your team while ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing profitability as you collaborate with your staff to foster their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the team to guarantee that daily tasks and responsibilities are executed efficiently and meet performance standards.
  • Facilitate the training and continuous development of new team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information for success.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills through goal-setting, motivation, and consistent follow-up to achieve objectives.
  • Enhance team dynamics and promote effective communication among team members.
  • Meet and exceed departmental goals, including conversion rates and lead generation.
  • Encourage a sense of ownership among employees and address any workplace concerns.
  • Articulate the company's mission, core values, and vision to the team.
  • Ensure adherence to scheduled shifts and responsibilities.
  • Continuously seek innovative methods to boost sales opportunities.
  • Promote cross-functional communication to improve the work environment.
  • Actively participate in regular team meetings.
  • Maintain comprehensive reports on team performance and ensure targets are surpassed.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service is essential.
  • Strong understanding of customer service techniques and processes.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to coach, inspire, and engage with team members.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines across multiple team members.
  • Excellent supervisory and communication skills are necessary.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including day and evening shifts.
  • Travel requirements may include 5-10%, some of which may involve air travel.
  • Willingness to wear company uniforms is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
