We are seeking a dedicated Receivables Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients to secure payments.
- Recording customer payments through checks and credit card transactions.
- Updating accounts receivable by calculating unpaid invoices.
- Maintaining accurate records of invoices, debits, and credits.
- Resolving collection issues by reviewing customer payment plans and histories.
- Keeping detailed documentation of all customer interactions.
- Addressing customer disputes related to payments or invoices.
- Managing liens and related documentation.
- Preparing monthly statements for clients.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume collections.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Office Suite.
