Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Receiving Associate to enhance our operations. The successful candidate will oversee the management of incoming shipments and ensure the precision of received merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employ RF scanners for the receipt, storage, and distribution of products
  • Handle the movement of semi-trailers from docking bays
  • Perform some heavy lifting as required
  • Examine and confirm incoming goods against invoices or other documentation
  • Systematically organize and maintain inventory in specified warehouse areas
  • Prepare shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation
  • Support order picking, packing, and shipping processes
  • Adhere to safety protocols within a distribution center environment
  • Forklift operation experience is essential
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred
  • Familiarity with MRP systems and inventory management practices
  • Proficient in using RF scanners for inventory oversight
  • Understanding of order picking and packing methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities
