Key Responsibilities:

Contacting clients to secure payments. Recording customer payments through checks and credit card transactions. Updating accounts receivable by calculating outstanding invoices. Maintaining comprehensive records of invoices, debits, and credits. Resolving collection issues by reviewing customer payment plans and histories. Keeping organized documentation of all communications with clients. Addressing customer disputes related to payments or invoicing. Managing all liens and maintaining accurate records. Preparing monthly statements.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks. Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume collections. Proficient in Office Suite applications.
