In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to restore properties affected by fire and water damage, ensuring that our clients feel supported and valued. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys engaging with clients, possesses outstanding communication abilities, and can effectively manage multiple tasks. If you are self-driven and have exceptional interpersonal skills, you will excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients to secure payments.
- Recording customer payments through checks and credit card transactions.
- Updating accounts receivable by calculating outstanding invoices.
- Maintaining accurate records of invoices, debits, and credits.
- Resolving collection issues by reviewing customer payment plans and histories.
- Keeping thorough documentation of all client interactions.
- Addressing customer disputes related to payments or invoices.
- Managing all lien documentation and records.
- Preparing monthly financial statements.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume collections.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Office Suite.
