Position Overview

The Senior Operations Manager for Outdoor LED Solutions at Samsung Electronics America, Inc. plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position is designed for a dynamic leader who can navigate complex organizational structures and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and operational support to the Senior Director of Technical Support in B2B Care for Outdoor LED.
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various departments.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of administrative, financial, and operational functions related to Outdoor LED.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Field and Network Operations teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Manage customer service escalations and work closely with manufacturing and service partners to enhance product turnaround times.
  • Facilitate the transition of projects from installation to post-purchase service, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and track progress towards organizational goals, ensuring accountability among team members.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to maintain alignment on project status and organizational objectives.
  • Manage financial processes, ensuring adherence to budgets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in project and program management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
