Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, analyze data, and create a plan of care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to the State of Ohio Nursing Practice Act and Mercy Health policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes job satisfaction, education, and empowerment.
- Assess and maintain staffing levels to meet patient care needs and optimize productivity.
- Communicate job standards and expectations, lead regular meetings with employees, and foster an environment for effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Current nursing license in the State of Ohio.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute environment.
- Hold national certification in a clinical specialty or leadership within six months of eligibility.
