We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a Nurse Leader, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, analyze data, and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Act as a patient safety advocate, participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Incorporate the professional practice model into care delivery, ensuring excellence in patient care.
- Current nursing license in the State of Ohio.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a RN in an acute environment.
- Hold national certification in a clinical specialty or leadership within six months of eligibility.
