Snap-on AutoCrib, a prominent player in the industrial vending technology sector, is on the lookout for a dedicated Accounting Professional to enhance their team. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and critical thinking skills, with a solid foundation in accounting and financial reporting.

  • Execute essential accounting tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial assessments.
  • Assist the Financial Controller in conducting financial analyses.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of financial controls and inventory management processes.
  • Produce and evaluate management reports; develop new reporting formats as necessary.
  • Support the Accounting department with both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA certification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel expertise is essential).
  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, SOX compliance, U.S. GAAP, and financial systems.
