At Corps Team, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Spokane Valley, WA. This 6+ month contract to hire position offers a unique blend of onsite and remote work.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and in-person interactions. You'll work closely with our elite team of professionals to ensure our customers receive positive and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and personalized customer service responses
  • Follow customer support guidelines established by our customer experience supervisor
  • Answer customer inquiries, diagnose issues, and resolve customer complaints
  • Fulfill customer service requests via phone, email, chat, or in-person
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and document knowledge into helpful content
  • Maintain a sound understanding and adherence to quality policies
  • Be proficient in Netsuite ERP system and provide product information
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent education required
  • 1-3 years of customer service or related experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including active listening
  • Proven initiative and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Pay Rate - $18.00/hour
