Job Title: Account Management Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Specialist to join our team at Personify Health. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Be a subject matter expert in all products offered to clients, including internal processes and regulatory impacts.
  • Work collaboratively across business functions to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Monitor internal performance to ensure clients' needs are being met.
  • Maintain accurate client records.
  • Research, access, and escalate to appropriate internal experts for client issue resolution.
  • Work with the analytics team to analyze trends in data and make benefit recommendations based on trend analysis.
  • Participate in and/or host client meetings as appropriate.
  • Organize and execute open enrollment strategies, health fairs, and employee education meetings as required.
  • Support Account Managers with contract renewal processes.
  • Collaborate with management regarding strategies for renewing accounts.
  • Provide market and competitive information to management to guide strategic decision-making and market positioning.
  • Understand and communicate regulatory changes and impacts to clients.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, human resources, or the healthcare industry.
  • Experience onboarding new clients and providing account-based service is ideal.
  • Comfortable working with HR Directors and Executives.
  • Clear written and verbal communication style and strong collaboration skills.

Base compensation for this position ranges from $18.00 to $34.00 per hour. This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, mental health, and other benefits.
