This position is responsible for adhering to the daily cleanliness standards set by the Food Service Manager. You will follow standard operating procedures for the kitchen and public areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Aiding the prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times
  • Washing a variety of dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Loading and unloading trucks that deliver or pick up food and supplies
  • Operating the industrial dishwasher in a proper and safe manner
