Position Overview: As a Youth Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in addressing the mental health challenges faced by young individuals by actively responding to their needs.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services discipline is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in providing family and youth services within a non-profit social services environment. Strong communication, facilitation, assessment, and negotiation skills are essential, along with creativity and enthusiasm. The ability to collaborate effectively within a team and maintain professionalism at all times is crucial. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for coordinating and/or directly providing assessment, service planning, and care management services to youth and their families in a manner that is respectful and enhances family self-sufficiency. A primary focus will be to assist families in overcoming challenges by leveraging their strengths and aspirations. The Youth Services Coordinator is accountable for ensuring that the organization's mission is upheld through their work.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $52,500 - $57,500 annually.
