Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of respect, loyalty, and guest focus.

  • Direct and perform purchasing and receiving duties, as well as administrative tasks, with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partner with the General Manager to coach and lead teams through proper training systems, adherence to policies, and implementation of service standards.
  • Manage all shifts for safety, guaranteeing adherence to company safety policies and holding team members accountable for breaches.
  • Lead and support the restaurant team in achieving stated and planned objectives in sales, food cost, labor cost, and operating expenses.
  • Attend all scheduled team meetings and participate in preparing schedules and conducting weekly meetings.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in fast-casual and catering, with a passion for people, food, and service.
  • Strong organizational leadership and exceptional communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive for accomplishment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills.
Compensation

$25-$27 per hour
