Job Responsibilities:- Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees, ensuring a seamless transition of technical responsibilities.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot workstation issues and provide technical support for employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Mobile Device Management: Manage and maintain mobile devices, ensuring they are secure and up-to-date with the latest software and security patches.
- Security and Training: Provide training and support for employees on PC/laptop security best practices and conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Help Desk Support: Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalation support for the help desk, ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of IT support experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in O365, Windows OS, iOS/Android, Cisco, and RDP. Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, A+, Network+) and healthcare experience are preferred.
