  • Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process.
  • Follow OEM procedures when writing estimates in CCC ONE.
  • Source and order parts for repairs.
  • Repair order billing.
  • Communicate with technicians on repair needs.
  • Make calls to customers for updates and scheduling repairs.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Good driving record.
