Position Overview

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranging from $18 to $19, with a standard workweek of Monday through Thursday.


Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in construction, particularly in window and door installations.

Additional requirements include:

  • Commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and utilizing hand and power tools.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide energy conservation services to eligible households.
  • Perform installations of windows and doors, as well as insulation of attics.
  • Conduct furnace repairs and replacements.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new energy conservation practices and technologies.
