The ideal candidate will possess experience in property management and meet the following qualifications:

- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Experience in managing multi-family housing is preferred
- Understanding of general accounting principles
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Strong interpersonal skills, including tact, discretion, and diplomacy
- Able to collaborate successfully with diverse individuals and departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Work Location
This position requires regular travel between properties in the Portland region.
