Position Summary
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is a vital member of our operations team. This role involves overseeing the management of shipments, receiving products, sourcing parts locally, and providing assistance to service technicians. The work environment is dynamic, and employees are recognized for their contributions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies.
  • Assist service technicians in locating necessary products.
  • Distribute repair parts and accessories to service technicians.
  • Track and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Drive to local vendors to collect parts as needed.
  • Efficiently unload deliveries and organize stock.
  • Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided on-site).
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel and inventory management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Every fourth Saturday
  • Availability for both weekdays and weekends is required.

Compensation
Hourly rate: $19.00

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
  • Must have a clean and insurable driving record.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to lift and move up to 80 pounds, with team lifting as necessary. The role involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments and safely operating machinery.
