Job Overview
At The Hire Method, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales Supervisor to lead our team of sales specialists in Las Vegas. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of sales leadership experience in luxury retail, with expertise in fine jewelry, Swiss timepieces, and vintage designer handbags. They will be able to drive sales performance through business development activities, including events, networking, and clientele.

We offer a competitive base hourly rate of $26, with on-target earnings of $80,000 - $90,000, including commissions. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match up to 6%, and generous company discounts on luxury products.
