Technical Expertise:

As a key member of the Snowflake Computing team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's audiovisual systems. This includes supporting and maintaining Snowflakes Audio/Video tools, both physical hardware and software/SaaS. You will also be responsible for documenting and maintaining accurate records of AV system configurations, equipment inventory, and service requests.

Event Support:

You will be responsible for planning and executing live events, including company all-hands meetings. This will involve working closely with the Platform Team, Network Services, Workplace Team, and multiple vendors to set up, configure, and troubleshoot key AV platforms in conference rooms and large event spaces. You will also be responsible for supporting the Customer Experience Center and managing the AV Team Ticket queue, working directly with employees to resolve their AV-related issues.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a deep understanding of the Zoom Admin Portal and Zoom Rooms. You should have experience running live events and be comfortable operating a soundboard, video switcher, and running content. You should also have intermediate knowledge of audio and video components, signal types, cables, and signal flow, as well as the ability to troubleshoot AV issues independently. Strong customer service and professionalism are essential, as is the ability to explain complex technical situations in an easy-to-understand manner. Experience with corporate AV hardware like QSC, Logitech, Yamaha, etc. and the software/management tools that go along with them is highly desirable. A Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification and/or any other AV industry certifications are also highly preferred but not required.
