Job Summary

DLA Piper is seeking a highly skilled Client Accounts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing complex billing portfolios, providing exceptional client service, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume billing portfolios for top-tier clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in billing and financial operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in billing or financial operations, preferably in a law firm or professional services organization.
  • Expert-level knowledge of billing systems, including Aderant and e-billing applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
