Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Enrollment Facilitator. In this role, you will work closely with the Health Insurance Access program Director to complete applications for local departments of social services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview consumers and collect necessary documentation
  • Input data and facilitate the enrollment process
  • Provide education and support to consumers
  • Attend trainings and workshops to stay up-to-date on relevant knowledge and skills
  • Participate in outreach events and activities
Requirements:
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Collaborative team player with a willingness to assist as needed
