Job Summary:

This position will support the Office of Community Benefit to ensure regulatory compliance with all federal and state-level regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the regulatory and compliance lead to ensure timely submission of all required reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue effective relationships with others by proactively providing resources, information, advice, and expertise with coworkers and members.
  • Complete work assignments autonomously by applying up-to-date expertise in subject area to generate creative solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems and communicate progress and information.
  • Develop requirements for business, process, or system solutions within assigned business domain(s).
  • Provide insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state.
  • Support strategic planning and organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives.
  • Participate in change management activities associated with business initiatives.
  • Perform data analyses to support business initiatives.
  • Support vendor management as required.
  • Monitor compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to KP, departmental, and/or business line policies and procedures.
Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum three (3) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Negotiation; Creativity; Applied Data Analysis; Conflict Resolution; Risk Assessment; Service Focus; Requirements Elicitation & Analysis; Business Acumen; Managing Diverse Relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years data analytics experience.
  • Two (2) years experience working with advanced Excel functions including, formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, macros, etc.
  • HIGHLY PREFERRED: Experience with Hospital and Health Plan related regulatory requirements and related reporting.
