Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Oversee engineering tasks on small to medium-sized projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
- Handle technical aspects related to civil and environmental engineering independently
- Participate in proposal preparation, interviews, and client contract discussions
- Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing projects
- Collaborate effectively with subconsultants
- Engage in professional associations and industry conventions
- Travel as required for project needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
- Experience in wastewater design, focusing on hydraulic, physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes
- Professional Engineer license
- Proven experience managing medium-sized projects while meeting budget, schedule, and quality expectations
- Expertise in wastewater treatment plant design
- Strong communication skills with clients and project teams
- Ability to deliver high-quality services within project constraints
- Experience with wastewater collection systems and water transmission projects
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
