Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop water and wastewater treatment facilities
  • Oversee engineering tasks on small to medium-sized projects
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
  • Handle technical aspects related to civil and environmental engineering independently
  • Participate in proposal preparation, interviews, and client contract discussions
  • Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing projects
  • Collaborate effectively with subconsultants
  • Engage in professional associations and industry conventions
  • Travel as required for project needs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
  • Experience in wastewater design, focusing on hydraulic, physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes
  • Professional Engineer license
  • Proven experience managing medium-sized projects while meeting budget, schedule, and quality expectations
  • Expertise in wastewater treatment plant design
  • Strong communication skills with clients and project teams
  • Ability to deliver high-quality services within project constraints
  • Experience with wastewater collection systems and water transmission projects
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
