About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with project management experience to lead our water and wastewater design team in the Pacific Northwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary design teams for water and wastewater conveyance, pumping, and treatment projects
  • Manage projects from simple to complex, ensuring standard engineering practices are followed
  • Perform engineering interpretation of specifications and drawings, recommending and documenting design modifications
  • Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and permit applications
  • Evaluate alternatives, resolve technical issues, and interface with other engineering disciplines
  • Lead and perform construction management services
  • Take an active role in marketing current and new clients
  • Promote Tetra Tech through work with professional and community organizations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering or similar field
  • 12+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in the municipal engineering market
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License in Washington State and/or Oregon
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) desired
